No, we do not currently offer pet friendly salt options. Due to the time sensitive nature of clearing snow and in order to increase our efficiency, we use treated salt on all of our properties. If you wish to decline salting and spread salt/ice melt of your choice, you are of course welcome to do that.

No, we do not currently offer this service.
What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept payment by Check, Bank Bill Pay, Zelle Transfer, ACH Transfer, Venmo & e-check. Our clients have access to “Client Portal” where you will be able to review a history of all your paid and open invoices.

Clients will select a service trigger for the season (0″ or 1″) and our crews will automatically be dispatched if the expected snowfall meets that threshold, no need to call, we will come whenever your trigger is met and send the bill after each service within a few days.

Each storm is unique but we will make every effort to have the property clear within 5-6 hours after storm ends.
